Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Divecon
Mr. Cooper joined Divecon Services in 2006 and is currently their CFO and EVP
in charge of the West Coast division.
Divecon Services Inc., which is a premier provider of subsea services to the
oil and gas industry, specializing in
commercial diving and ROV services.
Prior to working at Divecon, for twelve years, Mr. Cooper owned and operated
Cebrian Enterprises, Inc., a distribution
business that imported costume jewelry and general merchandise from Asia and
distributed throughout North America.
Prior to Cebrian, he worked for Mission Foods as a Manager in the finance
department. Mission Foods is the largest
distributor of tortillas in the United States with revenues greater than $1
billion.
Mr. Cooper earned a CPA while working for Arthur Andersen in the audit
division, received an MBA from UCLA in 1996
and graduated from UCSB in 1989.
