Tom Ligare is the Founder, CEO and President of Palm Avenue Associates and Rotarycards.org. Holding degrees in Economic and Business from Westminster College, Tom was ranked in the top 1% of all State Farm agents and has built business relationships in excess of $6M in revenue. Continually involved in community organizations, he has served on multiple executive boards and held roles of President and International Chair for the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, which included responsibility for a $3M budget. As a consistent winner of industry awards Tom has a strong understanding of marketing and finance and how it can make or break an organization.
