Mr. Ozur is a Staff Architect in the Office of the CTO at Microsoft Corporation. Previously he was a high technology management consultant. From October 2004 to October 2006, Mr. Ozur was a co-founder of PredictableIT, a provider of hosted IT desktop solutions and served as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding PredictableIT, Mr. Ozur served as Chief Operating Officer of Skypipline, a California-based wireless broadband company. Mr. Ozur was the Chief Technical Officer to Edge2net, a global VoIP telecommunications service provider. Previously, Mr. Ozur was President & CEO of PulsePoint Communications / Digital Sound and member of the Board of
Directors. This telecommunications software company was chartered to deliver leading edge messaging and enhanced computer-telephony solutions to Public Network and Internet telephony carriers. Prior to joining PulsePoint, Mr. Ozur was the Vice President of Engineering for Precision Visuals, a company that developed and sold a family of visualization and data analysis software to both developers and technical professional end-users. Mr. Ozur was with Digital Equipment's Bellevue, WA development group serving in the operating system development and architecture groups. Mr. Ozur was responsible for leading the development of distributed computing environments and other system-software components. He was a named inventor on several U.S. Patents relating to networking and distributed computing technologies. Mr. Ozur co-founded Omtool and developed a commercial programming language and vertical market software
products under a wide range of operating system and hardware platforms. Mr. Ozur serves on the Board of Director of Insightful Corporation (NASDAQ: IFUL). Mr. Ozur holds a B.S. in biology from Long Island University, C.W. Post College, and is a graduate of the Executive Program for Smaller Companies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. |
