Jonathan G. Richter is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the Sheppard Mullin’s Santa Barbara office.

Mr. Richter's practice includes venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, securities, business start-ups, private equity financing, public company transactions and representing clients regarding general business matters. Mr. Richter has served clients in many industries including telecommunications, software, medical device, defense, software and education.

Mr. Richter is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Richter was a semi-finalist in the Roscoe Pound Tournament, Moot Court Honors and a member of the Moot Court Board.
