Ian D. Smith is an attorney in the Corporate Practice Group of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP's Santa Barbara office. Mr. Smith is a member of the State Bar of California and the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. He also serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum.
