Ph. D. EE , Chairman and CEO, previously co-founder and CEO of Spectron Microsystems and Connected Systems, Vice President of Virata. Currently also serves on the board of Trellisware and Really Good Films. Key members of the management team of D2 have worked together and / or founded over 5 technology companies, including Digital Sound, a pioneer in Unix-based voice mail systems, Spectron Microsystems (now part of Texas Instruments), creator of the first DSP operating system, and Connected Systems, the leading manufacturer of solid state voice processing systems. Through the creation and management of a string of successful start-up's, our management team brings with it a proven management philosophy, culture, and discipline to the new D2, thus freeing the company from the demands of team and process formation, to focus on developing new products and engaging the market.
