UCSB's Technology Management Program is committed to provide a variety of resources for learning, teaching, mentoring, and research in entrepreneurship and innovation management. Our outreach activities are designed to help connect the broader campus educational and research community with technology-centric interests in the private sector. These activities are intended to be mutually beneficial and focused on educating participants about the creative and multidisciplinary process of translating new ideas into economically productive enterprises.
In addition to the academic offerings, TMP outreach activities include public lectures by leading academics and prominent business professionals, participation in focused workshops and conferences on campus or with affiliated groups in the local community, small group discussions with successful entrepreneurs, and opportunities for individual mentoring and networking with experienced managers, executives, and financiers.
The links on the left describe the core outreach activities in TMP. For more information or requests to advertise related activities in the greater Santa Barbara region, please contact tmp@engineering.ucsb.edu.
