Mr. Smith represents clients ranging from individuals and privately held companies to large, publicly-traded corporations.
Mr. Smith is a member of the State Bar of California and the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. Mr. Smith serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum.
