Alumni Working in the Santa Barbara Area

The Technology Management Program's reach extends beyond the UC Santa Barbara campus in our community. TMP alums are choosing to stay in the Santa Barbara area after graduation, and to become active participants in the region's growing tech community. They also seek other career opportunities beyond Santa Barbara and find jobs in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and other tech-hub cities.

Local Carpentaria company Procore is just one of the many places our alums can be found, and like their majors while on campus, our alums are proving that their diverse areas of expertise are paying off. The TMP alums hold both technical and non-technical positions at the company; with titles ranging from Account & Project Managers in Sale & Marketing to Web Engineers.

“Currently Procore has around a half dozen employees that were once TMP students,” says Procore’s Recruiting Operations Manager Andii Lee.

Suzanne Mayeur, Director of Operations at Procore says that one thing that differentiates TMP students from other new hires is that “the students ask all the right, relevant questions as they enter the company."
